Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to Med/Surg patients
Assess, monitor, and document patient status and responses to treatment
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
Promote patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives
Prioritize and triage workloads while maintaining excellent bedside care

Qualifications

Active RN licensure in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Med/Surg clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and adapt to unit needs

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and monitoring skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Clinical prioritization and time management
Compassionate patient/family education and bedside manner
