Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
Assess patients, develop care plans, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Document patient care and clinical observations clearly in the medical record
Provide patient and family education to support recovery and self-care

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) credential — aligned with the Registered Nurse title in the posting
Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, comfortable with typical Med/Surg patient needs
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts as noted in the job details
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and safety practices
Clinical documentation and Electronic Health Record familiarity
Basic wound care and common med-surg interventions
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a busy unit
Infection control and patient safety practices
