Location: Albuquerque, NM

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (schedule varies), Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents at Skies HC and Rhb Ctr
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly and promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
Respond to clinical changes and escalate concerns to providers as needed
Support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care with professionalism
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with facility documentation standards

Qualifications

Current, active RN or LPN nursing license (eligible to practice in New Mexico)
Clinical experience in long-term care, rehab, or related settings preferred
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
Ability to work overnight per diem shifts and adapt to varying schedules
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/LPN diploma or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment and individualized care planning
Proficient with medication administration and documentation standards
Competent in wound care, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living support
Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Good time management, prioritization, and critical thinking abilities
