Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) patients
• Manage triage of obstetric patients and prioritize care effectively
• Circulate and recover Cesarean sections in a dedicated OR suite
• Administer and titrate medications including Pitocin and Magnesium as required
• Educate new families on newborn care and postpartum recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of LDRP experience within the last 3 years
• Comfortable caring for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
• Triage experience is required
• Experience circulating and recovering C-sections is a must
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum nursing care
• Proficient in triage assessment and prioritization
• Skilled in circulating and recovering Cesarean sections
• Ability to titrate intravenous medications like Pitocin and Magnesium
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
