Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to coordinate care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) credential
Eligible to practice in Pennsylvania (state licensure requirements apply)
Ability to work per-diem 8-hour shifts with a flexible schedule
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (e.g., ADN or BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and patient-care skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with documentation and basic electronic charting
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care setting
