Shift Type: Shifts vary: 2x10-hour (0600-1630) and 2x8-hour (0700-1530) or all 8-hour shifts; team scheduling with call requirements: 1-2 weeknights per week, every third weekend, and every other holiday

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage conscious sedation with autonomy, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Circulate and chart during interventional radiology procedures
• Provide pre and post-procedure care for inpatients, outpatients, and emergent cases
• Assist with stroke thrombectomies, embolizations, line insertions, biopsies, and more
• Collaborate with a team of IR techs and intensivists in a fast-paced environment
• Float to radiology pre/post areas as needed

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (must have in hand before start)
• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
• Moderate sedation experience is a must
• EPIC and Philips Xper or Siemens C-Arm experience preferred
• Willingness to be a team player and help out when needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in conscious sedation and patient monitoring
• Proficient in EPIC charting system
• Comfortable with interventional radiology equipment like Philips Xper and Siemens C-Arm
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle emergent and complex cases with confidence
