Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
Monitor, assess, and document patient status, vital signs, and response to treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Operate and troubleshoot ICU monitoring equipment and assist with advanced life support measures
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families during high-stress situations

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential (RN is required)
Hands-on ICU experience and comfort working in a critical care environment
Ability to work 12-hour shifts as noted in the posting
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care assessment and monitoring skills
Familiarity with ventilator support and hemodynamic monitoring
Medication administration in the ICU setting and titration of critical infusions
Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and patient families
Prioritization and time management in a fast-paced acute care environment
