Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, total care for critically ill patients in our specialized BMT ICU
Manage ventilators, titrate drips, and monitor patients on BIPAP with precision and care
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Perform essential procedures including trach care, dressing changes, and CRRT when needed
Float to other ICUs, PCU, and BMT units as part of a dynamic, supportive team

Qualifications

Active RN license and 1 year of strong ICU experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Proven ability to titrate drips and manage ventilated patients
Experience caring for BIPAP patients is essential
CRRT and transplant experience (kidney, pancreas, liver) is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

ICU nursing with ventilator and BIPAP management
Titrating drips and total patient care
CRRT and transplant patient experience preferred
Meditech EMR proficiency
Compassionate communication and teamwork
