Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
- Monitor advanced life-support equipment and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with surgeons, cardiologists, and the ICU team to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans with compassion and clarity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of CVICU or ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Vasoactive medication titration
- Post-cardiac surgery recovery
- Mechanical circulatory support devices
