Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through meaningful therapy activities
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
- Support patients in daily living skills and adaptive techniques
- Document progress and communicate updates with the care team
- Create a positive, encouraging environment for every patient
Qualifications
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Maryland
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach to patient care
