Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to help them regain mobility and independence
Develop personalized therapy plans that support each resident's goals
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care
Document progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
New grads welcome to apply

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in evidence-based physical therapy techniques
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility setting
Ability to build rapport with residents and staff
Organized and detail-oriented documentation practices
