Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Quickly assess and prioritize patients using your clinical expertise
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure seamless hand-offs

Qualifications

Active Iowa or compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Previous emergency department experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing protocols and rapid response
Pediatric and adult patient assessment
Cardiac monitoring and advanced life support
Electronic health record documentation
Team collaboration under high-pressure situations
