Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every third weekend and EOH

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations in a fast-paced ER environment
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver life-saving interventions
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications with precision
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps

Qualifications

Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in high-pressure emergency settings

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing protocols and triage procedures
Advanced cardiac and trauma life support
Patient assessment and rapid decision-making
Electronic medical record documentation
