Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful therapy activities
Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
Support patients in daily living skills and adaptive techniques
Document progress and communicate updates with the care team
Create a positive, encouraging environment for every patient

Qualifications

Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Maryland
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered therapy techniques
Adaptive equipment and assistive devices
Electronic documentation systems
Team collaboration and communication
