Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (or eligible for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
CPR certification (BLS) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Skilled in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
Excellent problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
Passion for helping patients regain function and improve quality of life
