Shift Type: SPT (4-hour shifts), exact days and start/end times to be confirmed; orientation required

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient’s needs
Evaluate patient function and progress using evidence-based assessment tools
Develop and modify individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent patient care
Document patient encounters clearly and timely in accordance with facility policies
Educate patients and caregivers to empower home programs and long-term recovery

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington or eligible to obtain one
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Demonstrated patient-centered care approach with strong communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapting to varying patient needs
Ability to participate in orientation and follow facility protocols

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or Bachelor/Master in Physical Therapy or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in evaluation and therapeutic intervention for a diverse patient population
Strong clinical reasoning and goal-setting abilities
Proficient documentation and time-management skills
Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of safety, infection control, and patient handling best practices
