Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions that help patients progress toward meaningful goals
Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates with the care team
Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to coordinate quality patient care
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment that promotes healing and independence

Qualifications

Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with relevant state board
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting and adapting to patient needs
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Previous clinical experience preferred but motivated new grads are welcome

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (or equivalent professional degree)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assessment, therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and gait training
Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to create and teach effective home exercise programs
Familiarity with evidence-based practice and outcome measurement
Good interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and the care team
