Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and interventions
Develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and function
Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
Participate in orientation and support a welcoming environment for new staff
Adapt care plans based on patient response and clinical best practices

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) for Washington state
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
Strong patient assessment and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy accepted with relevant credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional restoration
Ability to assess musculoskeletal and neuromuscular function
Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic health records
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and care teams
Time management skills to deliver focused care in shorter shift blocks
