Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with facility

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and staff
Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain prior to start
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or ability to obtain
Prior experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Up-to-date immunizations as required by facility policy

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate charting
Basic assessment skills and ability to recognize changes in patient condition
Familiarity with standard nursing procedures and infection control
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional bedside manner and effective communication
