Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care following plan of care
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to RNs and providers
Assist with ADLs and support patient comfort and dignity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing for Georgia
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Current immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Prior experience in long-term care or acute care preferred but new grads considered

Education

Completed LPN diploma or certificate program; state LPN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Skill in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Familiarity with patient charting and electronic health record systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively on a 12+ hour shift
Comfortable with infection control practices and safety protocols
Empathy, teamwork, and clear communication with patients and families
