Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule to be confirmed (day/evening/night availability may vary)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
Monitor resident status, recognize changes, and promptly communicate with the team
Assist with activities of daily living and promote a comfortable, dignified environment
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary staff to create and follow care plans
Maintain accurate, timely charting and support smooth shift handoffs
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program (or equivalent) required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessment skills
Familiarity with care planning and documentation best practices
Comfortable working within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Good time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
Basic computer/EMR navigation for accurate charting
