Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the resident record
Educate residents and families on care plans, medication instructions, and safety

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered LPN license or practical nurse certification (Pennsylvania preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfort working in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment; experience preferred
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medication administration, documentation, and safety protocols
Patient assessment skills and the ability to recognize changes in condition
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or clinical documentation systems
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
Ability to follow care plans and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
