Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress in clinical records
Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care
Assess resident needs and escalate changes in condition promptly
Support residents' daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear, professional communication with families

Qualifications

Current LPN license for New Mexico (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts on the scheduled days (Sun, Fri, Sat)
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic treatments
Proficient with vital sign monitoring and routine clinical assessments
Accurate clinical documentation and charting practices
Effective communication with residents, families, and care teams
Ability to follow care plans and infection control protocols
Basic wound care and mobility support experience
