Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on patient care that makes a difference every shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders
Monitor and document vital signs, clinical changes, and patient progress
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied staff to coordinate care
Maintain clear, timely electronic medical records and shift reports
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies consistently

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN training program
Current BLS/CPR certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Previous clinical experience preferred (long-term care or skilled nursing a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills
Able to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program; high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic clinical assessments and vital-sign monitoring
Wound care fundamentals and basic nursing procedures
Electronic medical record (EMR) charting and accurate documentation
Infection control and safety best practices
Teamwork, time management, and effective patient communication
