Contract Type: Per-Diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient condition and report changes promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Support patient comfort, dignity, and independence through person-centered care
Assist with assessments, care planning, and timely charting to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or clinical settings is a plus

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN certificate or diploma)
State licensure as an LPN in Pennsylvania

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health records or clinical charting
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Patient-focused care and strong interpersonal skills
