Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents with dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility policies
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes to the care team
Document clinical care and observations clearly and thoroughly in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Support a safe, clean environment and assist with infection control practices

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited LPN or practical nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required per facility policy
Comfortable with medication administration, wound care basics, and routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program (or equivalent practical nursing diploma)
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and charting accuracy
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Basic wound care and restorative nursing practices
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation best practices
Infection control protocols and safe patient handling
Strong interpersonal skills for patient/family communication
