Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct nursing care to residents, focusing on safety and dignity
Perform routine patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments according to established policies
Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support patients and families with clear, respectful communication and education

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Comfortable working standard 8-hour clinical shifts
Willingness to follow facility policies and complete required onboarding
Ability to pass credentialing, background checks, and facility-required screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient-care skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
Basic clinical skills: vital signs, medication administration, patient assessment
Reliable charting and documentation practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment
