Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion, ensuring comfort and safety
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in patient condition
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans
Maintain clear, timely documentation in patient records
Support patient and family education, answering questions and offering guidance

Qualifications

Valid LPN license (practical nurse) — ready to practice in Georgia or eligible for licensure
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and patient-centered

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program and high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and basic assessments
Familiarity with electronic charting and accurate documentation practices
Good time management in a fast-paced clinical environment
Ability to prioritize patient safety and follow established protocols
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
