Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and daily support to patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and record patient vitals, condition changes, and responses
Document patient care and communicate updates in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to implement plans
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up
Maintain infection control, safety standards, and a therapeutic environment
Support smooth handoffs and continuity of care during shift changes

Qualifications

Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license or practical nursing diploma
Must be able to obtain/maintain LPN licensure in Georgia (GA)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Clinical experience preferred; strong clinical judgment and reliability
Comfortable with medication administration, charting, and patient care

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong hands-on patient care skills and attention to detail
Medication administration and basic IV/shot experience as applicable
Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a clinical setting
