Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients while following care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the interdisciplinary team
Document care accurately and timely in the medical record
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate safe, effective patient care
Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active and in good standing (Pennsylvania license expected)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Valid state-required immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Prior experience in a clinical setting is an asset

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with infection control practices
Ability to prioritize and manage time during 12.5-hour shifts
Comfortable using electronic medical records and basic clinical technologies
Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
