Shift Type: Days not specified, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate with the care team
Assist with daily living activities while promoting patient dignity
Collaborate with nurses and therapists to implement care plans
Support admissions, discharges, and transfers with professionalism
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Massachusetts (required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings

Education

LPN certificate or diploma from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and vital sign monitoring skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Comfortable using electronic health records and charting
Teamwork-oriented with good critical thinking and prioritization
Ability to engage residents with empathy and respect
