Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for patient care
• Apply radiation safety principles and follow established imaging protocols
• Position patients accurately and provide compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely diagnostic results
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records in the patient chart
• Perform routine QC checks on CT equipment and report any issues promptly to biomedical engineering
• Adhere to infection control and facility safety policies at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist or in Radiology (as listed in the posting)
• Current state radiologic technologist licensure as required by facility
• ARRT certification in Radiography or Computed Tomography preferred or eligible
• Demonstrated experience with CT imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a night shift team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with computed tomography equipment and imaging protocols
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiographic positioning
• Familiarity with PACS and electronic medical records for image handling
• Understanding of radiation safety and quality control procedures
• Patient-centered care approach with strong clinical judgment
