Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility in a respectful manner
Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Support safe transfer and positioning techniques to reduce fall risk
Collaborate with the care team to promote resident comfort and dignity
Participate in routine infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (or state-equivalent) — Pennsylvania certification preferred or eligible
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited/state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Basic vital signs and documentation practices
Infection control standards and safe caregiving techniques
Time management and organization on an 8-hour shift
Effective communication with residents, families, and clinical staff
