Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols
Collaborate with the care team to promote patient comfort and positive outcomes

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing
Comfortable delivering direct patient care with empathy and professionalism
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding, health screenings, and background checks
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
Familiarity with documentation practices and following care plans
Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers
Attention to detail and observational skills to notice changes in condition
Customer-service mindset when interacting with patients and families
