Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and help patients with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output and patient condition changes
Assist nursing team with safe patient transfers, hygiene, and mobility support
Communicate clearly with nurses and care team to escalate concerns promptly
Maintain accurate charting and follow infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts as scheduled
Comfortable with direct patient care and physical tasks involved in bedside support
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and ADL support
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection prevention and safe patient handling
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
Team collaboration and following established care plans
