Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, safe environment
Deliver attentive bedside care while preserving patient dignity and comfort
Accurately document care, communicate with colleagues, and contribute to smooth handoffs
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to keep patients and staff safe

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (California preferred)
Demonstrated bedside patient care skills and comfort working overnight
Ability to pass required background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and safety-focused techniques
Basic clinical observations: vital signs, intake/output, skin assessments
Patient mobility and safe transfer methods
Clear documentation and effective communication with nursing staff
Infection prevention, hand hygiene, and standard precautions
