Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
• Assist with safe patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate care details clearly
• Support infection control practices and keep patient areas clean and safe
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification — required
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S. (as applicable)
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and adapting to per-diem schedules
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility support
• Basic vital sign measurement and charting skills
• Infection control best practices and safe handling procedures
• Familiarity with patient safety and fall-prevention techniques
• Dependable time management and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using electronic medical records or paper charting
