Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
Document care in a clear, timely manner and communicate with nursing staff
Contribute to a positive, respectful environment for patients, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in accordance with state requirements
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and assisting with mobility
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Willingness to complete facility-required orientation and background checks
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing care and infection control practices
Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Familiarity with documentation and reporting procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during busy shifts
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
