Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
Measure and record vital signs and accurately report changes
Support safe mobility and transfer techniques to prevent falls
Communicate clearly with nurses and multidisciplinary team members
Document care activities in accordance with facility policies and standards

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility
Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and following scheduled assignments
Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work well in a team

Education

Completion of an approved CNA training program; high school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong hands-on patient care and personal care skills
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Knowledge of infection control and resident safety practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Time management skills to prioritize direct care tasks
