Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and compassion
Provide safe, consistent bedside care and support under nurse supervision
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely in the facility records
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
Willingness to work the 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM shift
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational patient care and assistance with daily living activities
Basic observation skills to notice and report changes in condition
Reliable time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care setting
Understanding of standard infection control and safe patient handling
