Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
Assist nursing staff with treatments and follow care plans conscientiously
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to the care team
Document care and observations clearly and professionally in resident records

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and residents
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings as required by the facility
Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in on-the-job orientation

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic nursing care and resident rights
Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Ability to assist safely with transfers and mobility
Good documentation habits and attention to detail
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
