Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Monitor and document vital signs and report meaningful changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to maximize resident comfort and safety
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Support mealtime, hydration, and feeding needs with dignity and respect
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings helpful but not mandatory
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Ability to pass facility background check and health screening requirements
Comfortable working the assigned 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM shift

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of resident care and activities of daily living
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Basic documentation and charting practices
Safe body mechanics and transfer techniques
Infection control and standard precautions
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate bedside manner
