Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care and assist residents with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and resident conditions accurately
Support safe and comfortable patient transfers and mobility
Document care, changes, and observations clearly and promptly
Communicate effectively with the care team and family members to ensure coordinated care
Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment for residents

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (state-required) in good standing
Previous experience as a CNA is a plus but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
Comfortable with physical aspects of resident care and safe patient handling
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Vital sign measurement and observation
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Accurate documentation and charting
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
Ability to follow care plans and direction from nursing staff
