Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Assist with hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility while preserving dignity
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and timely according to facility procedures
• Support a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
• Comfortable and experienced working night shift hours
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

• Completion of an accredited CNA training program
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Basic infection control and safety practices
• Safe resident transfer and mobility assistance
• Accurate charting and documentation
• Teamwork, communication, and time management
• Awareness of resident rights and person-centered care principles
