Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for those in your care
Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current state-required certifications and ability to maintain licensure
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and patient transfers
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to pass background and drug screening as required

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families
Basic clinical skills: vital signs, mobility assistance, infection control
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Teamwork and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus
