Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with Cath Lab, IR, EP, and Vascular procedures including left and right heart catheterizations and PCI
• Operate and troubleshoot Philips Xper Hemo fluoroscopy equipment during cases
• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for sterile procedures including ports, PICCs, nephrostomy, and G-tube placements
• Monitor patient hemodynamics and assist the team during PM/ICD and structural heart procedures
• Document case details accurately in Meditech EMR and support accurate charting
• Provide intra-procedural support for TEE/CV imaging as needed
• Participate in call rotation, responding quickly and professionally when needed
• Maintain inventory, sterilization standards, and equipment functionality to keep the lab running smoothly

Qualifications

• RCIS or RT (MT) license required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Experience with Philips Xper Hemo and Meditech EMR preferred
• Experience with vascular and electrophysiology procedures is a strong plus
• Comfortable with call responsibilities and a variable case mix
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-focused bedside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Cath Lab procedures including left and right heart cath and PCI
• Interventional Radiology procedures: ports, PICC, peripherals, ESI, nephrostomy, G-tubes
• Electrophysiology and vascular procedure familiarity
• Fluoroscopy/X-ray imaging and operation of Philips Xper Hemo
• Transesophageal echo (TEE) support and basic cardiac imaging knowledge
• Patient monitoring, sterile technique, and intra-procedural safety
• Meditech EMR documentation and workflow
