Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Days: To be scheduled, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during the day shift
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document assessments, interventions and resident responses clearly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes
Support resident activities of daily living with dignity and respect
Contribute to a positive, professional environment that enhances recovery

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license (eligible to practice in Massachusetts preferred)
Active CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working in a long-term care/rehab setting
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to perform clinical duties safely and follow facility policies

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program; high school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing assessments
Familiarity with long-term care and rehab nursing practices
Good charting and documentation habits
Ability to prioritize care and manage time across assigned residents
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families and staff
