Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general surgery, spine, and urology cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields while assisting surgeons throughout each operation
Collaborate with specialty leads and charge nurses to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume OR
Handle instrumentation and supplies for ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases
Support the surgical team during 20-30 cases per day across 6 suites plus a hybrid room

Qualifications

Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of full-time surgical tech experience
Hands-on experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Strong scrubbing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Cerner EMR system
Comfortable working in high-volume ortho, vascular, and general surgery settings
Reliable team player who thrives during night shifts and call coverage
