Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
Perform modified barium swallow studies to assess swallowing function
Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and premature infants
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Provide feeding support and therapy for NICU infants with specialized needs

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required
Comfortable working with both adult acute care and neonatal populations
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified Barium Swallow Studies expertise
Adult inpatient acute care experience
NICU feeding therapy knowledge
Patient-centered communication skills
Interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
