Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with weeknight, weekend, and holiday call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties
Scrub and circulate for gynecological, general, orthopedic, urological, ENT, and podiatry procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient operations
Respond promptly to call shifts within a 20-minute window to support patient needs
Document accurately using Meditech ORM and maintain clear communication with the care team

Qualifications

Active RN license (Oregon license not required at submittal; 90-day emergency license available)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience in gynecological and general surgery cases
Comfortable scrubbing and circulating in the operating room
Ability to respond to call within 20 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech ORM documentation system
Skilled in gynecological procedures including TLH
Knowledge of orthopedic joint replacements, fracture repair, and soft tissue cases
Familiar with urological, ENT, and podiatry procedures
Strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic OR environment
